Job summary

Kahana Feld LLP is seeking a Financial Systems Specialist to manage Aderant Expert and related financial applications within a hybrid work setting in Irvine, CA. The role partners with Accounting, Legal Operations, and Data Analytics to optimize workflows, deliver dashboards, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Aderant financial systems, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with Aderant Design Studio for configuration, automation, customization, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, controls, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the Aderant financial management system and related applications.
• Provide technical support for Aderant Expert and integrated financial systems, including reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to improve insights and usability.
• Coordinate with Aderant support and vendors on tickets and issue resolution.
• Develop system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
