Hartwig Inc. is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Development Representative to grow our Additive Manufacturing sales.

The role targets high-volume outreach, researching prospects, and qualifying opportunities to improve production efficiency for customers in diverse industries. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outbound sales or industrial manufacturing, with strong CRM skills and a genuine drive for growth.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 2+ years in outbound call environment preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/distribution environment preferred.
• Strong drive to meet/exceed goals; mentorable and growth-minded.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with leaders in the manufacturing industry.
• Research and pre-qualify prospective clients using web/social media, databases and tools.
• Make 50-60 calls and emails per day to qualify new opportunities for additive manufacturing products.
• Provide lead development and nurturing for not-yet-ready buyers.
• Apply solution-selling approach to align additives with customer needs.
