Job summary

TriMech Company in Deep River, CT is seeking a Project Coordinator (Additive Manufacturing) to manage discovery, estimates, and projects for prototype development and appearance models.

You will handle quotes, orders, supplier coordination, and travel to client sites. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in additive manufacturing are required; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in additive manufacturing environment.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to travel to client sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls for quotes or orders and learn customer needs.
• Quote services, follow up, and convert quotes to orders.
• Proactively process orders and resolve project issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Provide backup project support and assist with shipping as required.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and support outside sales.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
