Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Additive Technician to support product development through advanced additive manufacturing. You will produce high-quality prototypes, maintain leading equipment, and help drive innovation from concept to reality.

You will work with a fast-paced team to optimize processes, train others, and contribute to design validation, process improvements, and throughput enhancements across multiple AM technologies.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing or related roles.

Responsibilities

Operate and optimize additive manufacturing equipment across multiple technologies (SLS, SLA, DLP, DMLS, FDM).
Prepare, schedule, and monitor prototype and production builds for quality and on-time delivery.
Perform post-processing including de-powdering, curing, and inspection; troubleshoot equipment.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support rapid prototyping and design validation.
Mentor and train technicians in equipment operation and best practices.
