Job summary

TriMech Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager I for additive manufacturing in Deep River, CT. You will manage discovery, estimates, and projects for prototype development and appearance models, while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years in additive manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication. On-site work, travel to client sites, and safety procedures are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two to four years of experience in an additive manufacturing environment.
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound phone calls from customers requesting quotes or placing orders.
• Communicate with customers to learn project requirements and quote services/processes/materials.
• Follow up on quotes and convert to orders.
• Proactively process orders and identify & provide solutions to project issues and relay them to stakeholders.
• Manage approved suppliers as required by the project.
• Travel to client sites for project meetings & support Outside Sales.
