Job summary

Tridak, based in Torrington, Connecticut, seeks a Project Coordinator to support Production, Engineering and Sales from concept to commercialization of customized assembly, fluid dispensing, robotics and UV-delivery systems.

You will track deliverables, manage vendor activity, maintain engineering change documentation, and coordinate production schedules using GlobalShop ERP, MS Office and other enterprise software. 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience with project management.
• BS/technical degree in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Project management expertise with enterprise software and MS Office.
• Some exposure to UV light, adhesives and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage supply chain and vendor quotes; track expenditures and variances.
• Maintain legacy portfolios and support design changes through documentation and ECR processes.
• Enter and coordinate data in the GlobalShop ERP for POs, SOs, BOMs, and routing; update production schedules.
• Document project requirements and timelines; align internal teams and external vendors with commitments.
• Provide analysis of assemblies and components by reviewing drawings and work instructions.
• Track inventory and coordinate invoices and payments with Finance.
