Job summary

B&T USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, qualify, and industrialize products and processes at the Herriman facility. You will blend mechanical design, additive manufacturing, CNC milling/turning, tooling, fixturing, testing, and shop-floor execution to deliver safe, repeatable, traceable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 3–5 years in a precision manufacturing environment with additive manufacturing and CNC.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D CAD; experience for additive manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Design components, tooling, fixtures using 3D CAD, emphasizing additive manufacturing.
• Lead additive manufacturing from opportunity to production release and post-processing.
• Optimize CNC milling/turning for quality, throughput, and cost.
• Develop, document, and validate manufacturing processes from prototype to production.
• Create drawings, BOMs, process plans, routings, and inspection strategies.
• Collaborate with Quality to establish control plans and ECO processes.
