Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and familiarity with construction tasks; safe use of ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands‑on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high‑quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction‑related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• Must earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Physical Demands and Working Requirements

• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; mandatory safety gear required.
• Must tolerate moderate noise level in the work environment.
