Job summary

Spero Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Kokomo, Indiana. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care, including medication-assisted treatment with buprenorphine and integrated behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state, experienced in addiction medicine, and able to work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients on their path to recovery and improved health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Experience delivering addiction medicine services to complex populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment for addiction-related conditions.
• Complete documentation for professional billing.
• Educate patients on illness, prognosis, and care plans.
