Spero Health, INC. seeks an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team providing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support recovery.

Eligible candidates must hold an active medical license in the U.S. and DEA certification, with the ability to prescribe buprenorphine. Competitive benefits and loan forgiveness programs are offered.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Experience delivering addiction medicine services.
• Ability to work on-site with diverse care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial evaluation and treatment for individuals with addiction.
• Document thoroughly to support billing for services.
• Educate patients about illness, prognosis and treatment plans.
• Interpret test results and provide feedback to patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams.
• Follow up on patients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain licensure and CME credits.
