Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required.
• Active DEA license is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders.
• Initiate and manage maintenance medications for substance use disorders.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust medications as needed.
