Job summary

SEARHC in Southeast Alaska seeks a qualified NP or PA to provide comprehensive addiction medicine services across clinics. You will diagnose, treat, educate, coordinate care, and support recovery within a multidisciplinary team.

You will participate in on-call rotation, maintain documentation, and collaborate with specialists. Requires Alaska medical license, board certification, and active DEA; BLS training preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a practicing provider.
• One year experience working with substance use disorders/addiction medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive addiction medicine services including diagnosis, treatment, education, care coordination, and harm reduction.
• Perform brief medical visits and follow-up care within scope of training.
• Engage patients promptly into services and maintain access and productivity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotation.
• Document services accurately and in accordance with policy.
