Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an on-site clinic in Northgate, Seattle. The role provides life-changing care to patients across the continuum of recovery, including initial stabilization and long-term maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA license and be eligible to practice in Washington State.
• Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to manage buprenorphine and other maintenance therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new and established patient assessments for substance use disorders.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine and other maintenance therapies.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications and monitor treatment response.
