Ideal Option PLLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an on-site addiction medicine role. You will provide care across the continuum of recovery—from stabilization to maintenance—at the Eugene clinic.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
- Active DEA license.
- Strong and efficient communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered addiction care.
- No prior addiction medicine experience required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new and established patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for substance use disorders.
- Initiate and manage buprenorphine and other maintenance medications.
- Administer long-acting injectables (buprenorphine, naltrexone).
- Monitor response to treatment and review lab results.
- Collaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams.
- Document appropriately in EMR (eCW).
- Deliver care in-person and via telemedicine.
