Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemical/Bio Engineering with 4+ years industrial experience.
• Experience modeling antibody drug conjugate kinetics and mechanisms.
• Strong scale-up and tech transfer capabilities.
• Development of flow chemistry reactor platforms for ADCs.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust manufacturing processes through all development phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams and set project timelines.
• Define strategies for pilot plant scale-up and commercial transfer.
• Apply PAT and data-driven methods for process understanding.
• Prepare regulatory documents and contribute to filings.
