Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AWS Customer Success Representative to engage with US Government and enterprise customers, delivering training, support and analysis on AWS billing and accounts.

You will collaborate with TAMs, Sales and Solution Architects to resolve complex issues, drive customer success, and ensure high-quality support during critical launches and events. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or account management positions.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer-facing voice for USG and Enterprise customers, addressing complex account and billing issues.
• Perform deep dive analysis on USG / Enterprise customer accounts and billing statements.
• Educate customers on reporting options, alerts and budgets; provide prompt, detailed service.
