Advantage Technical in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an ADAS Systems & Software Engineer II to support development, integration, testing, and validation of ADAS software and vehicle systems.

The role requires hands-on embedded software experience, knowledge of vehicle networks, sensors, diagnostics, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and global teams. Travel up to 20% is possible; on-site with remote Fridays per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering or CS field.
• 2+ years automotive engineering experience in ADAS, embedded software, controls, or vehicle systems.
• 2+ years leading technical projects or supplier development.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle troubleshooting, validation, diagnostics, controllers, networks, or simulation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop, integrate, and validate ADAS software and vehicle systems.
• Troubleshoot software, controllers, vehicle networks, sensors, and interfaces.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement technical solutions.
• Coordinate supplier requirements, deliverables, validation, and production readiness.
• Support simulation, bench testing, vehicle testing, data analysis, and defect resolution.
• Define and validate system/software requirements and performance targets.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and suppliers.
