Qualifications

• 5+ years in SW Program Management in an embedded technical software discipline.
• 5+ years using industry standard project management tools for product development and delivery (MS Project or equivalent).
• 2+ years using JIRA for product development and delivery.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues and tailor detail to audience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define, scope, prioritize, and deliver major ADAS software initiatives across Ford.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive development plans ensuring on-time SW delivery with high quality.
• Apply technical project planning, management, and leadership for ADAS software and tooling.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders; manage risks and mitigations.
