Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager for Autonomous Vehicles to lead end-to-end software development of ADAS/autonomy features. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, define roadmaps, track execution, and deliver high-quality software stacks for self-driving platforms.

Required: BS/MS in CS/EE or related, 8+ years in similar roles; experience in Automotive/Robotics/AI; proficiency with Jira and JAMA; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; 8+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience planning and executing complex software projects, and bringing new products/features to users.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics and/or AI.
• Strong leadership and ability to collaborate on global projects across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leading automotive software development across multiple teams for ADAS/Autonomy features.
• Define product roadmaps, schedules, and drive execution and tracking across the organization.
• Coordinate release content with program and engineering managers responsible for components.
• Establish metrics to assess and improve product quality and execution.
• Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule and quality.
• Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and cross-functional teams.
