Job summary

Lucid Motors in Michigan seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager for ADAS/AD Software Development to collaborate with cross-functional teams and track all phases of ADAS software development and release.

You will guide internal SW teams, manage milestones, and coordinate with platform, maps, motion planning, perception, and data teams using Jira and Confluence. This on-site role is based in Southfield, MI.

Qualifications

BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in technical program management in ADAS SW development, or 7 years in the automotive field with ADAS features.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to launch ADAS features into production.
Expertise using Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate across platform, applications (Maps, Motion Planning & Control, Perception, Data) to create an integrated stack aligning with feature development.
Define and track progress toward SW integration milestones and resolve issues.
Manage and coordinate critical program activities between stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate SW release cadences for ADAS internal validation and system integration milestones.
Maintain project tracking, deliverables, action items, and stakeholder communications.
