Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a senior Program Manager to define and drive the breakdown of product features into modules, coordinating ADAS algorithm development and prioritization with engineering teams. You will develop workplans, interdependencies, and align with the overall product roadmap and customer milestones.

In this role, you will monitor milestones, track progress with Jira dashboards, and communicate risks and outcomes to senior leaders, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs and projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define breakdown structure of product features into modules for development.
• Define project goals and facilitate strategic discussions for ADAS algorithm development.
• Develop product workplans with time/resource estimates and interdependencies.
• Monitor milestones and publish Jira dashboards for progress and risks.
• Collaborate with VP, System and Product teams to ensure alignment with GP architecture.
