Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a diligent project management professional to support ADAS software development for the ADAS ECU. You will define, scope, prioritize, and deliver major ADAS software initiatives spanning Ford teams and organizations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SW program management for embedded software, with strong Jira/Confluence experience and a track record of leading complex cross-functional programs. This is a hybrid role onsite four or more days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in software program management for embedded tech.
• 2+ years using JIRA or similar for product delivery.
• Ability to present complex tech clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver major ADAS software initiatives across teams and Ford.
• Influence stakeholders to align on prioritized ADAS projects.
• Plan, manage, and lead development of ADAS software and tooling.
• Create roadmaps, schedules, and resourcing for ADAS commitments.
• Lead teams with modern software practices and track milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time high-quality delivery.
• Mentor leaders to improve delivery velocity and technical collaboration.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
