Job summary

Kinetic Automation is seeking an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform precise calibrations of advanced driver assistance systems, supporting vehicle safety and performance. You will work with a variety of ADAS sensors and collaborate with engineering to improve calibration processes.

The role requires hands-on calibration skills, strong diagnostics, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while adhering to safety and OEM procedures. This is a on-site position in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of automotive repair experience with ADAS calibrations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across ADAS hardware.
• Experience with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and validate ADAS components to OEM specifications.
• Provide customer service and operations support with clear communication.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform maintenance tasks.
• Record calibration steps and generate detailed reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and support safety protocols.
