Job summary

The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) seeks a Ski & Snowboard Program & Office Coordinator for its Keystone Adaptive Program. This seasonal full-time role handles office operations, reservations, and on-hill instruction as needed, with support for staff development and training under program leadership.

Based at the Keystone office, you will manage check-ins, data in Salesforce, and coordination of daily schedules while collaborating with resort staff to ensure a smooth participant

Qualifications

• Prior adaptive ski or snowboard teaching experience is preferred.
• PSIA Adaptive Level I certification is desirable.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Keystone office operations, welcoming guests and coordinating reservations in Salesforce.
• Provide adaptive ski/snowboard instruction as needed and assist with staff training.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for lessons, staff, and volunteers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for volunteers and liaise with Keystone Resort staff.
