The Town of Breckenridge Recreation Department is seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual for the position of Nordic Instructor - Winter Seasonal. This position is responsible for delivering safe and effective Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and fat biking programs and services for the Recreation Department, including instruction for participants of all abilities through lessons, clinics, and workshops. This position supports daily operations at the Gold Run Nordic Center by assisting guests, managing rentals and equipment, handling cash and administrative tasks, preparing facilities, performing light maintenance, supporting special events, and ensuring safety and risk management.

Typical Hiring Pay Range: $20.50 - $21.75 per hour.
Primary shifts for this position vary but are generally between the hours of 8am-4pm, however, shifts may occasionally extend as late as 8:00 p.m. depending on the program being offered. Individuals in this position must be flexible in terms of availability, and may on occasion be required to work other shifts as needed, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work through the winter seasonal period established by the Recreation Department, which generally extends through the beginning of April.
