Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and/or development experience.
• Historic renovation / adaptive reuse experience.
• Experience with entitlement processes in multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Ownership and Tenants during pre-construction and buildout phases.
• Translate lease requirements into executable scopes, budgets and schedules.
• Lead permitting strategy and execution with City of Miami and agencies.
• Track project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and lender reporting.
• Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects and ensure timely delivery.
