Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-capitalized Florida real estate developer in Delray Beach. You will lead the execution of a landmark mixed-use project from preconstruction through completion, reporting directly to the ownership team.

The role offers high visibility, direct ownership interaction, and a path to long-term leadership as the development pipeline accelerates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial real estate development or construction.
• Experience managing large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, residential, or commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of development and construction from preconstruction through project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Review construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership and ownership.
• Evaluate change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders while driving accountability across all parties.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
