Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the recreation industry or a related area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the success and improvement of recreation programs; assists with leading activities for participants.
• Provides excellent customer service; communicates with participants, coworkers and supervisors.
• Aids in creating a welcoming environment and ensures activity areas are set up and cleaned.
• Helps maintain a safe activity environment and reports any equipment issues promptly.
