Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• NMLS licensing per SAFE Act; obtain and maintain as required.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and cashier's checks.
• Cashes checks and verifies member identities.
• Cross-sell products and refer to specialists.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure security.
• Resolve member inquiries and support branches.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and related policies.
