Member Services Representative I (Floater)Member ServicesPosition SummaryThe Member Services Representative I/Floater will assist and provide coverage for all of the Meriwest Credit Union Financial Centers as needed. The Floater schedule can vary frequently, and this position requires adaptability based on the needs of the branches. Processes financial transactions efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of customer service. Incorporates Service Plus into all aspects of member contacts and continually builds relationships with members in order to retain and increase memberships. Further enhances these relationships through the cross-selling of credit union products and services to meet all the members’ financial needs. Meet assigned share, deposit, lending and referral partner targets. Support Credit Union in all Initiatives with a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
