Responsibilities

• Oversee inquiries, referrals, and admissions processes to drive census growth.
• Evaluate applications, medical records, and health conditions for admission decisions.
• Complete admission and financial responsibility forms accurately and timely.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations prior to placement.
• Serve as primary contact during transition and coordinate tours for families.
• Assist with pre-admission assessments for related resident types when requested.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, dietary, and housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
