Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC in Los Angeles County / California seeks a Sales Account Manager on the Adapt team to develop advertising strategies, drive incremental revenue, and manage a diverse client portfolio.

You will rotate across teams to cover leaves of absence, conferring with internal stakeholders and clients to meet objectives. A strong track record in programmatic strategy and media buying across digital channels is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
• Experience in online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
• Experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns, patterns and data trends to determine if they are meeting business objectives, and in turn leading recommendations to optimize.
• Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Experience leading process improvements.
• Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue while managing advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue.
• Grow existing client revenues that may expand regionally.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations.
• Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data.
• Leverage knowledge of media to develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans.
• Educate customers based on customized insights.
• Provide in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for advertising strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with Senior Sales and other Amazon partners to drive revenue and advertiser satisfaction.
• This is a client facing role with up to 20% domestic travel or monthly travel; global travel up to 2 times annually.
