Job summary

MTM Transit in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center operations, ensuring compliant, timely, and high-quality eligibility determinations. You will mentor staff, collaborate with the client, supervise the assessment team, and oversee documentation, reporting, and HIPAA compliance, with ongoing process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, ADA program experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with relevant ADA program experience.
• 5+ years progressively responsible ADA compliance program experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years working with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of ADA regulations and screening/eligibility processes.
• Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reports including the Assessment team and support staff.
• Serve as liaison to client to meet expectations and respond to information requests promptly.
• Act as SME for contracted program, locally and externally.
• Maintain knowledge of MTM and client software and procedures.
• Educate client on MTM procedures to ensure contract compliance and reporting.
• Review service delivery to ensure appropriate and accurate assessments.
• Conduct or oversee cognitive and functional assessments as needed.
• Develop or supervise training for employees on processes and procedures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation of responses.
• Prepare required documents and work plans; represent MTM brand in interactions.
