Job summary

MTM Transit in Baltimore, MD seeks a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center operations and ensure compliant, timely service delivery. You will supervise the assessment team, interact with the client, and act as SME for the program, maintaining MTM and client software knowledge.

You will educate clients on MTM procedures, review service delivery, and conduct or oversee mandatory assessments to determine eligibility while mentoring staff and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years ADA compliance program experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years working with individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of ADA regulations and sensitivity to disability issues.
• Driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reports to include the Assessment team and support staff.
• Establish a working relationship with the Client and act as a liaison to meet expectations and information requests.
• Serve as the team’s Subject Matter Expert and interpret contracted program requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of MTM and Client software; educate the Client on MTM procedures for compliance.
• Review service delivery to ensure appropriate assessments are performed and documented.
• Respond to ADA eligibility complaints and document responses.
• Mentor new employees and assist with staff development and training.
• Conduct or supervise cognitive and functional assessments as needed and determine eligibility.
