Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of requirements under state and federal disability discrimination laws, regulations, ADA and Section 504, HR.
• Excellent judgment, detail orientation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to ADA/504 concerns across departments.
• Develop training for staff on ADA/504 responsibilities.
• Retrieve data and create reports on accommodations decisions for monthly/annual reporting.
• Support processing of notes takers payments and Semester Requests; assist with exams proctoring.
