Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead a team of Ad Tech Account Executives driving adoption of the Amazon Ad Tech Suite across a defined advertiser vertical. You will set vertical strategy, foster executive relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep enterprise ad tech knowledge, experience selling to VP/C-level decision makers, and the ability to translate platform capabilities into category-specific growth. You will build repeatable motions for scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of selling programmatic or data-driven ad products or platforms.
• 5+ years of sales team management experience.
• Experience selling to C-level executives in software or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Ad Tech Account Executives responsible for driving adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech Suite across a defined advertiser vertical.
• Set the strategic direction for the vertical pod and translate horizontal platform capabilities into category-relevant customer narratives.
• Own full-funnel revenue and adoption targets with rigorous pipeline management.
• Build executive relationships with ad tech and programmatic decision makers across brands and agencies within the vertical.
