Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Inventory Manager in trafficking high-volume inbound campaign inventory hold requests
• Handle pre- and post-launch trafficking responsibilities and inquiries
• Resolve inventory conflicts and maximize inventory
• Produce and advise on time-sold and pre-emption strategies
• Manage campaign calendars and scheduling
• Follow up with Sales on hold status and inventory
• Assist with creating campaigns using Ayuda
• Liaise with Creative, Accounting, Development and other departments
• Use Trello to maintain contracts and scheduling informations
