Job summary

Ollie’s Stores in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Store Design Specialist to draft fixture layouts for new stores, remodels and resets, and to manage fixtures procurement.

You will coordinate with the Sr. Manager of New Store Design & Merchandising, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure projects meet budgets and deadlines.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge or basic exposure to CAD design software.
• Knowledge of Ollie’s department structure, flow, set-up and size allocation needs.
• Able to accurately complete documentation.
• Able to operate all job-related equipment.
• Capable of completing tasks within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Draft fixture layouts for new store locations.
• Draft fixture layouts for existing locations, remodels and resets.
• Generate purchase orders for projects as needed.
• Maintain an organized data base for orders, layouts and requests.
• Maintain vendor relationships with fixture and supply vendors.
• Provide direction to Team Leaders and store opening teams on projects.
• Assist Store Opening Coordinator with questions about new store setup.
• Communicate and present project plans to Associates and leaders.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborate with district, regional and executive leaders to review plans.
• Present project plans to stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
