You will ensure accurate trafficking, QA, and on-time delivery while collaborating with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate campaign goals into actionable plans.

You will troubleshoot delivery issues, optimize yield, and maintain scalable ad server workflows, leveraging AI responsibly to streamline processes and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in advertising operations, with direct campaigns and programmatic familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of GAM setup, trafficking, and measurement validation.
• Proven ability to partner across Growth, Sales, Analytics, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ad operations across direct campaigns with accurate trafficking and on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot delivery, creative rendering, ad tags, and measurement discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate goals into plans.
• Manage pacing, rotations, and flight management for campaigns to maintain performance.
