Ladders is seeking an AD, Data Governance Solutions Lead to shape enterprise data governance for a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech organization. This remote leadership role partners with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities and drive improvements in data visibility and maturity.

You will lead governance frameworks, collaborate with leaders to align policies, establish ownership, and accelerate enterprise data strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in data platform engineering or data governance tooling, preferably Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Hands‑on experience with catalog and governance platforms such as Collibra or Alation.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Snowflake; cloud data warehouse integration.

For our client, we are seeking a AD, Data Governance Solutions Lead (3 Openings) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote leadership role will shape enterprise data governance capabilities that strengthen how information is managed, trusted, and used across the organization. You will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to define governance priorities, establish accountability, and drive measurable improvements in data visibility and maturity. The role will also help advance broader data strategy efforts by aligning policies, standards, and decision-making forums with enterprise objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,600 – $270,400 annually
