Ladders is seeking a Data Ops - Lead Data Builder to turn architectures and requirements into scalable, governed data assets for enterprise analytics. The role emphasizes production-grade, reusable data solutions in a Databricks-first environment.

You will collaborate with data architecture and cross-functional teams to deliver Silver and Gold-layer pipelines with strong data governance, CI/CD integration, and metadata capture. Remote within the US with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Data Ops - Lead Data Builder to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on turning architectural designs and business requirements into production-ready data solutions that support enterprise analytics and decision-making. The position requires a strong blend of business fluency and hands‑on engineering skill, with an emphasis on building durable, governed data assets that can scale in a modern cloud data environment. You will work closely with data architecture and other cross-functional partners to deliver reliable Silver and Gold-layer solutions with production-grade quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,200 – $192,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build production‑ready data solutions from architectural designs and business requirements
• Quickly develop working solutions for new and unfamiliar data

• Expertise in dimensional and medallion modeling within an enterprise‑agnostic data model
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated code evaluation for production promotion
• Strong software engineering discipline, including version control and reusable code
