Based remotely in the United States, with no visa sponsorship, the role offers $110,000 to $130,000 per year and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; IAPP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of privacy, healthcare compliance, or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise privacy programs and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with program management tools such as JIRA and Google Workspace.

For our client, we are seeking a Data Privacy Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead privacy governance efforts that support patient trust, compliance, and responsible handling of sensitive health data. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize privacy requirements across clinical, research, and operational initiatives. It is a highly collaborative opportunity for a privacy professional who can translate complex regulatory expectations into practical, scalable solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
