We seek an experienced Data and AI Strategist to join our Data Foundations team within Enterprise Architecture. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and AI to drive business growth and innovation. Your role involves delivering data assets that enhance understanding and implementing a Data Foundations blueprint for transformation, focusing on data as a backbone and AI as a catalyst.

Responsibilities

1. Create actionable recommendations using best practices in Customer Data Platforms, data quality, governance, scalable strategies, and change management.
2. Present findings through detailed reports, including use cases, gap analyses, and roadmaps.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement data and AI solutions.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain relevant.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Over 5 years in strategic consulting focused on data strategy and AI transformation.
2. Proven track record in delivering data-driven projects with measurable outcomes.
3. Expertise in leveraging various data domains and implementing data ecosystems.
4. Experience with data-driven marketing, analytics tools, and visualization platforms.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
6. Quantitative background in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
7. Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in Data Management roles.
