Job summary

Qualifications

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish a treatment plan.
• Implement occupational therapy interventions for in-patients and outpatients.
• Document care in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with patients and health-care teams to coordinate care.
