Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, plan, and provide therapy services for in- and out-patients at MultiCare Auburn Medical Center. The role entails weekend rotations and covering sick calls as well as PTO.

Required qualifications include a valid State of Washington Occupational Therapist license and ideally over a year of relevant experience. Benefits include a competitive salary range and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum one year of previous occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Availability for weekend rotation and weekday sick call/PTO coverage is necessary.
• Willingness to cross-cover Auburn and Covington Medical Centers and complete initial training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and re-evaluations to establish and modify treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions for outpatient and inpatient populations as directed.
• Document accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Collaborate with patients, peers, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Operate efficiently under stress and emergency situations.
• Adhere to departmental productivity standards and mandatory training schedules.
