Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist with acute therapy background to provide flexible coverage across Auburn and Covington locations. Per diem availability, EPIC experience required, and a minimum of 4 dates per month with potential weekend rotations.

You will evaluate and plan OT services for inpatients and outpatients, document in the medical record, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Minimum one year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients.
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations and establish/modify treatment plans.
• Perform outpatient and inpatient interventions as directed.
• Document timely and accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team to coordinate care.
