• Current PTA license to practice in the applicable state.
• Health Care Provider Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy services.
• Perform delegated procedures and adjust treatments per the supervising PT plan.
• Document patient progress notes and safety considerations.
• Address age-specific needs and ensure patient dignity and comfort.
