Qualifikationen

• Therapeutic Assistant I requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Therapeutic Assistant II requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or closely related field, or high school diploma plus 1 year of behavioral health or related healthcare experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 2 weeks of hire and must be maintained.
• Certification in TACT and First Aid within the first 6 months of employment and annually thereafter.

• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Provide patient care as directed by the multidisciplinary treatment plan and daily assignment sheet.
• Monitor and promote safety of the therapeutic environment and support activities of daily living.
• Support the therapeutic program and ensure adherence to care plans.
