Job summary

Mercy seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Under the supervision of Therapy Leadership, you will supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts.

Education must include a Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy, with current PT licensure.

Qualifications

• Requires current/temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required and must be current before caring for patients independently.
• Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
• Work under Therapy Leadership and align with Mercy Service Standards.
