Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated is seeking a Pain Territory Business Manager to drive JOURNAVX adoption across Central and Eastern Washington and Idaho. You will cultivate physician relationships, build product expertise, and coordinate with PTAMs and hospital networks to expand access and volume.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech sales with launch experience, strong IT/CRM skills, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotech sales with product launch experience preferred.
• Experience engaging diverse physicians and hospital accounts.
• Ability to navigate payer, referral, and care coordination dynamics.
• Proficient with Veeva CRM and other field-force tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HCPs to promote JOURNAVX in your territory.
• Develop clinical expertise and educate on product use and patient need.
• Understand territory dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and access drivers.
• Create and execute strategic territory business plans for growth.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and budget targets.
• Collaborate with PTAMs, HEOR, and payer teams to align plans.
